ANY ORDER PLACED WITH BORDEAUX-CAB IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF SALE (BELOW), WHICH FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CONTRACT OF TRANSPORT SIGNED BETWEEN BORDEAUX-CAB AND ITS CLIENT.

ARTICLE 1 – QUOTATION
We draw up our quotations as accurately as possible, based on the information we receive.
The quotation is firm when the precise and definitive program is sent to us. In the case of a project or program that is evolving or not precisely defined, the quote is an estimate and may be revised according to elements not known at the outset, for example, driver relays not included in the initial price but imposed by the program, extra kilometers, extra hours…
As a general rule, any service provided by our company that is not included in the quotation but is necessary for the proper execution of the contract is billable.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICES
The transfer fare applies to direct, non-stop travel from the pick-up point to the drop-off point, with the service ending immediately thereafter. The amount of luggage carried is proportional to the vehicle’s capacity.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS AND RESERVATIONS
All photos of vehicles on the site are non-contractual.
As soon as we receive your request, we’ll send you a quote based on the information you’ve provided.
A quotation is only valid as an order once it has been accepted by the customer and accepted by us, depending on the availability of drivers and vehicles on the day of confirmation. The quotation should include a general outline of the journey, with an estimate of the departure and return times, as well as any overruns within the journey.
This estimate, as part of a confirmation of services, must be returned to us dated, signed, mentioning your acceptance and sent by e-mail, in the interests of both parties.
The firm reservation of the vehicle(s) will only be taken into account on receipt of a valid credit card number (+ expiry date) and payment of the total amount of the quote. Reservations by purchase order, agreement or other means will only be accepted for key accounts.

ARTICLE 4 – PROGRAM AND SERVICES
The definitive program must be communicated at least 8 days in advance, with precise departure time, flight number or train AND car number, the sign bearing the customer’s name, the meeting place, exact number of passengers, detailed tour schedule and timetable, special points, the name and contact details of the group leader, and in general all the information required for the smooth running of the transport.
The service is valid only once, and if the customer is not present at the meeting place, the service will be definitively lost, with no right to reimbursement. Any waiting beyond an hour will be billed at the hourly rate shown in our rates.
Any extra hour started will be charged in full.
Any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle will be charged to the customer. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Seatbelts must be worn.

ARTICLE 5 – LEGISLATION
Our drivers are responsible for the duration of the rental period, and are instructed to comply with all applicable laws.
Compliance with social and transport legislation is a priority.
Our transport rates include 10% VAT.
The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and include the vehicle, driver service, fuel and insurance for the persons transported, up to the conditions in force with our insurer Groupama (available on request).
Hand luggage is not insured and remains the responsibility of the owner. No objects left in the passenger compartment are insured.
Under no circumstances may the driver be entrusted with the task of guarding luggage or any other objects remaining in the vehicle.
Tolls and parking lots not initially included in the itinerary remain at the customer’s expense. The price given corresponds to a price per vehicle, whatever the number of people, 4 people in a sedan.
Unless otherwise agreed, our price commitments are valid until the date of the service. Despite this, they remain subject to changing costs (labor, fuel, tolls, VAT, etc.).
However, a price increase in relation to the quotation is exceptional and must be justified by concrete economic or legal factors.
Drivers must respect speed limits, driving times and rest periods. Under no circumstances may the customer require drivers to commit traffic offences.
They may not be required to travel long distances or refuse the stops or rest periods needed to comply with this legislation. To help our customers set up their programs in this way, our operations office remains at their disposal.
We reserve the right to refuse to carry out all or part of a shipment if the actual schedule does not correspond to the estimate. If we have to cancel a shipment due to non-delivery of program elements, cancellation charges will be applied contractually.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION CHARGES
Bordeaux-Cab reserves the right to do so if it appears that the cancellation could have been avoided. The fees charged on the estimated amount of services are as follows:
100% in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the date of the service.
No cancellation fee is due in the event of cancellation 24 hours before the date of the service, or in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Our invoices are payable in advance in the form of prepayment, or in cash on completion of the service, in accordance with the conditions laid down by our company. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash and credit card.

ARTICLE 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CLAUSES
Bordeaux-Cab can under no circumstances be held responsible for delays in transport times due to circumstances beyond its control: blocked roads, bridges closed to traffic, detour, flooded roads, traffic jams, weather conditions, terrorist attacks, intervention on the road by the police, customs, fire brigade, etc. (non-exhaustive list).
In the event of immobilization of the vehicle during the journey due to mechanical failure, accident or damage (theft, damage), Bordeaux-Cab undertakes to ensure the continuity of the journey, either with one of its vehicles, or with a vehicle chartered from another company, and undertakes to inform the client.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES
All claims will be accepted within the ordinary commercial limitation period. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.

Bordeaux-Cab cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure: strikes, weather conditions, terrorist attacks, riots, etc….(this list is not exhaustive).

INSURANCE
Bordeaux-Cab’s liability is limited to the terms of our insurance contract. The client is free to take out additional insurance, at his own expense, to cover cancellation costs, repatriation costs and baggage, without this list being exhaustive.

POLICE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
The vehicle and driver will be equipped with all the documents required for the smooth running of the service.

The customer and passengers are obliged to comply with the regulations applicable to persons and their luggage in the countries crossed. In accordance with the law in force in all public places, smoking is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles.

In accordance with the provisions of the Code des débits de boissons, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles. Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers in vehicles fitted with this equipment.

DISPUTE
Any complaint will only be accepted within 8 days of the performance. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.

Any complaint is only admissible within 8 days of the transport service concerned.
